I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. the room I stayed in was impeccably clean, and the bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby. I appreciated the option to have the heating/air-conditioner run constantly to minimize noise from other guests. the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, close to Thurmond and hiking areas, which I loved exploring. the 24/7 availability of coffee and drinks was a nice touch, and the free breakfast was a convenient start to my day.

One aspect that could be improved is having designated quiet hours starting around 10 or 11 pm to ensure guests can rest undisturbed. it would be helpful to have a section of the hotel reserved solely for guests with pets to prevent any noise disruptions from furry friends in the early hours of the morning.

Newly decorated low-budget property with customer-focused staff on shift. Quiet location in the center of entranceway upon arrival and easy access to a shopping centre and a market.

Enjoyed my stay at Microtel Inn & Suites Beckley East - room was clean and the pool was a nice escape. Not a fan of the loud traffic noise, but with the fan on, it was manageable. A few minor maintenance issues, but loved the convenient location for exploring the nearby national park.

The location is fantastic, just down the street from a station. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and soccer fields. Pet-friendly rooms include a complimentary bottle of red wine and a microwave.

The accommodation was fancy with respectful and flexible staff. Perfect location, right by restaurants and local attractions as well as the center of entranceway upon arrival. - Good bar area. - Very good service, parking on-site. - Late check out.

The units were modern and the staff were very pleasant people on shift. The location offered was good and excellent near to many attractions and an attached restaurant and bar. Besides, it was 2 km away from New Hope Baptist Church.

Location - comfortable close to the interstate, shopping, dining and area attractions, Charleston, WV, and the mountains. Breakfast with bottle of water and adequate-hot food, for instance.

The staff here are always super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern with 2 queen beds and a fridge, plus the location is fantastic.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location next to the interstate and restaurant. Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views of the town.- It was 4 km from Raleigh County Courthouse.

The hotel was fairly clean. Staff were all respectful. Its location was nice, close to stores and parks. It was 2 miles from Old Beckley Mill.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the entrance, the freeway exit, and it felt safe for a solo female traveler.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay stress-free. the indoor swimming pool was a great amenity, better than in photos. DEFINITELY choosing this place again!
